Shipping policy

All of our heels are made to order, so please allow approximately 3–6 weeks for production and delivery combined. This includes the time required to carefully craft your pair before it is dispatched.

Once completed, your order will be shipped via trusted domestic or international couriers. Delivery timeframes vary by location, and international orders may take longer depending on customs processing and local courier services. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
