Terms & Conditions for Purchasing Dance Services and Products from HEELS FOR QUEENS EVENTS

By purchasing any dance services or products from HEELS FOR QUEENS EVENTS, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, acknowledged and agreed to these terms and conditions. 

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, missed classes, or scheduling conflicts. Make sure you're available and committed before purchasing.

3. Refunds for Injury or Illness

Refunds or credits may only be issued if you are unable to attend due to injury or illness, under the following conditions:

  • Proof of Injury/Illness: You must provide a medical certificate or note from a healthcare professional confirming that you cannot attend due to injury or illness.

  • Notice: You must notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 5 days after your injury or illness starts.

4. Class Cancellations

HEELS FOR QUEENS EVENTS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a class, we will notify you in advance. You can either:

  • Attend a rescheduled class, or

  • Receive a credit towards future services.

5. Non-Transferable Services

Services, classes, and products are non-transferable, unless we agree in writing to transfer them to another person.

6. Release of Liability

By participating in any of our classes, workshops, or events, you acknowledge that dance is a physical activity with inherent risks. You assume all responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise and agree to release HEELS FOR QUEENS EVENTS and its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability or claims.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

We collect and store your personal information to provide our services. We take appropriate steps to protect your privacy in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For full details on how we manage your data, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or change these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
